How to have a peacefull sleep

       
     Nowadays the stress and daily worries overtook us, often we suffer sleeping problems. This problems consist in beeing unable to sleep and in the morning you wake up equally or perhaps even more tired. If insomnia worsens, it may cause some negative effects, such as depression, anxiety or even panic attacks.
      Therefore, each one of us must learn how to cope with the problems that stand in the way of a peaceful sleep. First and above all, to succeed we have to create a routine in terms of bedtime and wake-up calls, so that we create a routine with these intervals. Secondly, try to not drink coffee or energy drinks a few hours before bedtime. The effect of these products we can disrupt sleep. It would also be good to try to not watch violent movies before we put to sleep because the brain transmit some negative effects that affect your sleep. One last recommendation would be practicing a sport or just a run in the evening, and after running take a refreshing shower, which will guarantee a deeper and peacefull sleep.
